By accessing or using this website and our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Company" refers to Film and TV Car Hire.
• "Client" refers to any individual or entity hiring vehicles from the Company.
• "Vehicle" refers to any car, prop, or related asset provided by the Company.
• "Hire Period" refers to the agreed duration for which the Vehicle is hired.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified at the time of booking.
• The balance of the hire fee must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the commencement of the Hire Period.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon with the Company.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the Hire Period will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the Hire Period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total hire cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the Hire Period will be charged the full hire cost.

4. Vehicle Use

• Vehicles are provided for static display or chauffeured use only.
• Self-drive is strictly prohibited unless prior written agreement has been obtained.
• Clients must not smoke, eat, or drink inside the Vehicles.
• Any damage caused by the Client or their associates will be the Client's responsibility, and repair costs will be charged accordingly.​

5. Mechanical Issues and Substitutions

• While all Vehicles are maintained to a high standard, mechanical failures can occur.
• In the event of a breakdown or unavailability, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement.
• If a replacement is not available, the Company's liability is limited to a full refund of the hire fee.​

6. Insurance and Liability

• The Company maintains appropriate insurance for all Vehicles.
• Clients are advised to obtain their own insurance to cover unforeseen events that may affect their production schedule.
• The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits or production delays.​

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure that all necessary permissions and permits are obtained for the use of Vehicles at their chosen locations.
• Clients are responsible for any fines, penalties, or charges incurred during the Hire Period.
• Clients must provide accurate information regarding the intended use of the Vehicle to ensure suitability.​

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.​
