The vehicle still retains its original wheelchair ramps and accessibility features, including the swing-out passenger seat and retractable side step, making it fully accessible. The only modifications made have been the installation of a more comfortable driver's seat and the replacement of the original illuminated "TAXI" roof sign with a programmable LED matrix display, allowing it to be customised for different productions and events.
Importantly, the original driver's seat and roof sign have been carefully retained and can be refitted if required, ensuring the vehicle can be returned to its original period-correct specification for close-up shots or historical productions.

The spacious interior comfortably seats five passengers plus the driver, with a roomy rear compartment, fold-down occasional seats and generous luggage space. Wide-opening doors and excellent accessibility further enhanced its reputation as one of the most practical taxis ever built.
